Abstract:
The movement mode of sugarcane about its movement process was confirmed by high speed photography test after being thrown out from holding and conveying mechanism of sugarcane harvester, the kinematics analysis of sugarcane was done, and the mathematic model was established. The condition of sugarcane stalks outward windrowing, theoretical calculation formula of windrowing distance and angle were derived. The influences of structural and movement parameters of the arc-track-type flexible holding and conveying mechanism and the sugarcane stalks geometric parameters on the conditions of sugarcane stalks outward windrowing, windrowing angle and distance were analyzed by Matlab programming. It provides theoratical basis for sugarcane harvester design and improvement of windrowing quality.
