基于热管的自然冷源制冰技术方案的初步试验(简报)

    Preliminary study on technology for ice-making using natural cold resource based on heat pipe

    • 摘要: 中国北方地区每年有4个月的时间日平均温度在-10℃以下,为了充分利用冬季的自然低温制冰作为贮藏的冷源,设计了一种热管式制冰装置,利用冰箱模拟低温天气环境,研究了风速和温度对结冰效果的影响。试验结果表明:所设计的热管式制冰装置不需消耗额外能源即可成功制冰;当风速在0~2.5 m/s范围变化时,结冰厚度增大,在温度为-11℃条件下,冰层直径最大可达75 mm;温度越低,结冰厚度越大。

       

      Abstract: The daily average temperature is -10℃ for four months in the northern of China. In order to utilize the microthermal climate as the cold resource for storage, an experimental equipment based on heat transferring in the heat pipe which used the natural cold resource to make ice was designed. The effects of wind speed and temperature on the freezing rate were studied by using a refrigerator to simulate the low temperature environment. The results showed that water was made into ice by the experimental equipment successfully without extra energy consumption. The ice layer diameter increased along with the increasing of wind speed between 0 and 2.5 m/s, and the maximum ice layer diameter was 75 mm at -11℃. The ice layer diameter increased along with the decreasing of temperature.
