Abstract:
A static-swelling process before a dynamic-cycle process in supercritical CO
2 was introduced to extract oil directedly from sporoderm-unbroken ganoderma lucidum spore. The swelling factors affecting yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil were explored. The experimental results show that the yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil increases with the expansion pressure and expansion time increment and the expansion time reduction. A higher or lower temperature is not beneficial to the yield. The yield of ganoderma lucidum spore oil is up to 94.3% under the optimum extraction conditions of expansion pressure 30 MPa, expansion time 30 seconds, expansion temperature 70℃ and static- extracting time 20 minutes.
