基于改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂的竹刨花板性能

    Properties of bamboo particleboard based on modified soy protein adhesive

    • 摘要: 为了开发生物质胶黏剂及环境友好型竹刨花板,研究了基于十二烷基硫酸钠改性的大豆蛋白胶黏剂施胶量对竹刨花板物理力学性能的影响,结果表明,大豆蛋白胶黏剂的较佳施胶量为13%。通过响应曲面设计研究了热压温度、热压时间和板坯含水率对竹刨花板的力学性能及耐水性的影响,得到最优工艺参数条件为:热压温度175℃,热压时间 8.5 min,板坯含水率26.0%,在此条件下,静曲强度达16.8 MPa,内结合强度达0.65 MPa,吸水厚度膨胀率达6.7%。实验室测得竹刨花板物理力学性能指标均达到国家标准。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop an environmental friendly bamboo particleboard with bio-based adhesive, effects of coating ratio of soy protein adhesive modified by sodium dodecyl sulfate on the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo particle board were studied. The physical and mechanical properties of bamboo particleboard based on sodium dodecyl sulfate modified soy protein adhesive as affected by coating ratio were studied. The results showed that the optimal coating ratio of SPI adhesive was 13%. The mechanical properties and water resistance of particleboards affected by moisture content, press time, press temperature were tested by Response Surface Methodology. Optimal properties of particleboard were obtained with moisture content 26%, press temperature 175℃ and press time 8.5 min. Under the optimal conditions, all the physical and mechanical properties of particleboard achieved the requirements of GB 4897-2003, with internal bonding 0.65 MPa, modulus of rupture 16.8 MPa , thickness swelling rate 6.7%.
