    Computation and experiment for axial force balance of canned motor pump PBN65-40-250

    • 摘要: 屏蔽泵的轴向力能否很好的平衡直接影响到屏蔽泵的安全可靠运行。屏蔽泵轴向力平衡设计技术已成为制约其大型化的难题之一。对PBN65-40-250型屏蔽泵转子的轴向受力全面分析计算,综合屏蔽泵轴向力产生的各种原因,采用调整叶轮后密封环尺寸和平衡孔过流面积的方法,能有效地实现轴向力平衡设计。为了实测屏蔽泵的轴向力,设计了轴向力的测量装置和轴向力试验系统。通过平衡计算和试验验证,理论计算值与实测值基本一致。综合受力计算,轴向力平衡的设计计算方法具有很好的实用价值。

       

      Abstract: Whether the axial force is balanced commendably influences whether the canned motor pump can function safely and reliably. The balanced axial force design technology of canned motor pump becomes the constraint of its large scale development. The axial force of canned motor pump rotor was multi-analyzed and calculated. By integrating the reasons for producing the axial forces of canned motor pump, the method which adjusts the size of packing ring behind the impeller and the overflow area of the balancing hole was used to achieve the balanced design of the axial force effectively. In order to measure the axial force of canned motor pump, the measuring installation and the testing system were designed. After the balance computation and the experimental confirmation, the theoretical calculation and the measured value are almost consistent. By synthesizing the axial force calculation, the design calculation method of balancing axial force has very good practical value.
