    • 摘要: 为了实现对柴油机故障诊断系统的最小化和系统诊断模型的通用化,该文主要在机械设备的故障诊断数据处理方面,在对特征量提取算法、主特征量提取算法、神经元网络专家系统进行深入比较研究的基础上,建立了机械设备故障诊断系统统一的数据结构和模型算法,结合MATLAB的工具包实现了机械故障诊断系统(MFDS)软件包的开发。并在6135柴油机上试验,对测量取得的数据经过MFDS的学习与诊断,结果表明该系统可以快速准确地给出诊断结果,对完善柴油机等复杂机械系统的故障诊断理论和水平具有实际意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the minimization of fault diagnosis system of diesel engine and generalization of system-level diagnosis model, a data structure and a model algorithm of fault diagnosis system of diesel engine were presented, which were mainly embodied in machinery fault diagnosis data processing based on extensive research on the algorithm of characteristic value extraction, the algorithm of main characteristic value extraction and the neural network expert system. The software package of machinery fault diagnosis system (MFDS) was developed in combination with MATLAB toolkit. 6135 diesel engine was used for the test. The measured values were studied and diagnosed by MFDS. The results showed that the fault diagnosis system could be used to give the diagnosis results quickly and accurately. The study has practical significance to improve the fault diagnosis theory and level of complicated machinery such as diesel engine.
