    逆流式糙米加湿调质机技术参数对加湿均匀性的影响

    Effect of technical parameters of countercurrent moisture conditioning machine on humidification uniformity of brown rice

    • 摘要: 为实现糙米加湿调质机的均匀加湿,该研究以糙米(含水率12.0%)为原料,采用二次旋转组合试验,研究了逆流式糙米加湿调质机喷头高度、圆盘倾角及清粮拨爪转速等关键工作部件的不同技术参数对加湿均匀性的影响规律。用SAS软件处理试验结果,表明喷头距加湿圆盘高度为242.05 mm、圆盘倾角为下倾8.41o、清粮拨爪转速为77.1 r/min的参数条件下加湿调质,糙米加湿调质机仓内的糙米含水率标准差为最小值0.04。研究结果为糙米加湿调质技术的推广应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the uniform humidification of brown rice by countercurrent moisture conditioning machine, the effects of different technical parameters (height of nozzle, angle of disc, rotational speed of grain cleaning finger, et al) of key parts of moisture conditioning machine for brown rice (moisture of 12.0%) on humidification uniformity were studied by quadratic regression rotary combination experiments. Software SAS was used to analyze the effect of height of nozzle, angle of disc and rotational speed of grain cleaning finger on humidification uniformity. The standard deviation of moisture reached the smallest, which was 0.04, in the storehouse of the moisture conditioning machine for brown rice, when the height of nozzle was 242.05 mm, the angle of disc was -8.41° and the rotational speed of grain cleaning finger was 77.1 r/min. The results provide for the promotion and application of the moisture conditioning technology.
