    Design of control system based on μC/OSII for seed processing machinery

    • 摘要: 为促进国内种子加工处理事业的发展,提高设备的自动化程度,提出了一套基于单片机系统的通用控制平台。该平台采用模块化思想设计,分为以C8051F020单片机为核心的主控制电路和外围控制电路,应用时可按实际需要组成控制系统。主控制电路移植了轻量嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OSII,在此内核的管理下,设备控制程序的编写变为任务的规划,可靠性提高的同时开发周期可大为缩短。该平台已成功的应用于种子烘干处理机。实践表明,该控制系统功能完善,性能可靠,成本低廉,满足种子成套处理设备的控制需要。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the automation and intelligence standard of the seed processing equipment, a set of control system based on Micro Controller Unit(MCU) was proposed. The system is modular designed, and can be divided into the main control circuit based on C8051F020 as the core and the external control circuits. With these modules, certain control system can be built up easily by selecting modules with corresponding function. Furthermore, the real-time operating system μC/OSII was transplanted into the main control board. With its help, the coding of the controlling program has been simplified as the planning for all the tasks, which would be also helpful for improving the reliability and shortening the development time. The whole system has successfully been applied into the control of the seed drying machine. The result indicated that the system can easily fulfill the aim to create a common controlling system with a low cost.
