基于AHP和熵权法赋权的区域土地开发整理潜力评价

    Potentialities evaluation of regional land consolidation based on AHP and entropy weight method

    • 摘要: 针对耕地整理、未利用土地开发、废弃土地复垦和农村居民点整理构建多层次区域土地开发整理潜力评价指标体系,将改进AHP、熵权法与综合评价法结合起来对重庆市土地开发整理潜力进行了定量化评价。重庆市土地开发整理潜力评价结果表明,土地开发整理潜力由大到小可划分为4个等级,耕地整理潜力是土地开发整理潜力的主要组成部分,耕地整理投入产出率和林地比重提高率是重庆市土地开发整理潜力的主导影响因素。同时未利用土地开发和废弃土地复垦潜力在重庆市土地开发整理潜力也占有重要的地位,未利用地空间规模指数、废弃土地复垦新增园林地系数和空间规模指数也是重庆市土地开发整理潜力的重要影响因素。此外,农村居民点整理在主城区及其周边经济快速发展地区地发展有重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: Multi-hierarchy index system for regional land consolidation was established for cultivated land consolidation, virgin land reclamation,disused land reclamation and country residential area consolidation. And land consolidation potentialities were evaluated based on AHP, entropy weight method and synthetically evaluation method in Chongqing. Results indicated that cultivated land consolidation potentialities were the central portion of land consolidation potentialities, and the ratio of input-output and the improved ratio of woodland for cultivated land consolidation which were primary influencing factors in Chongqing. In the same way, virgin land reclamation potentialities and disused land reclamation potentialities were also the significant portions of land consolidation potentialities and the special scope index for virgin land reclamation and the improved ratio of woodland and special scope index for disused land reclamation, which were similarly important factors in Chongqing. Moreover, country residential area consolidation is important to development in the main city zone and neighbor areas.
