    静电雾化中滴径分布及局部流量沿径向分布规律的试验

    Experiment on the variations of droplet diameter distribution and local flow rate over radial direction for the electrostatic spray process

    • 摘要: 以食盐溶液为雾化介质,对静电雾化中不同径向位置处的滴径分布及局部流量进行了试验测试。结果表明:雾化轴线处的平均滴径最大,沿径向方向的增大,平均滴径逐渐减小。在滴径分布特征上,轴线处和雾化边缘处的滴径分布呈现单峰分布特征,尺寸分布较窄,而在轴线至雾化边缘的中间区域滴径分布呈现双峰分布规律,尺寸分布较宽;雾化中心处的局部流量最大,沿径向位置的增大,局部流量逐渐减小。当总流量增大时,各径向位置处的局部流量均有所增大,但径向位置较小区域的局部流量增大幅度较大,而径向位置较大区域的局部流量增幅很小;当总流量不变而电压增大时,径向位置较大区域的局部流量增大,而径向位置较小区域的局部流量减小。

       

      Abstract: The droplet diameter distribution and the local flow rate were measured at different radial positions for the electrostatic spray. The experimental results show that the average droplet diameter reduces gradually with increase of radial coordinate and its maximum value is at spray core. The droplet diameter in distribution presents a narrower and monodisperse behavior at both spray core and spray edge positions, whereas exhibits a wider and bimodal characteristic in the area between spray core and edge. It is found that the local flow rate decreases with increase of radial coordinate and its maximum value is also at spray core. The local flow rates increase at all positions over radial direction with increase of total spray flow rate. The local flow rate has an increase for larger radial coordinate positions and a decrease for smaller radial coordinate positions, when the electrostatic voltage increases and total spray flow rate remains constant.
