    不同品种甘薯常温贮藏期间呼吸强度变化规律(简报)

    Regularity for change of respiration intensity of different sweet potato varieties at normal atmospheric temperature

    • 摘要: 呼吸作用是农产品收获后进行的重要生理活动,是影响贮运效果的重要因素。测定呼吸强度可了解农产品收获后生理状态,为低温和气调贮运以及呼吸热计算提供必要数据。试验结果表明:常温贮藏期间金海2号、日本黄薯、水果薯、苏薯8号、香蕉薯、花心薯、京薯6号、美国黑薯等8种不同种类的甘薯呼吸强度变化有很大差异。所选8种甘薯中,日本黄薯常温最耐贮藏,日均质量损失率仅为0.45%,其次为花心薯和苏薯8号,京薯6号和美国黑薯常温最不耐贮藏。8种甘薯常温贮藏起始呼吸强度在0.09~0.47 mg/(kg·h)之间,苏薯8号最低,京薯6号最高。各甘薯跃变呼吸强度分别为:日本黄薯0.52 mg/(kg·h),苏薯8号0.53 mg/(kg·h),水果薯0.57 mg/(kg·h),花心薯0.58 mg/(kg·h),香蕉薯0.59 mg/(kg·h),金海2号0.60 mg/(kg·h),美国黑薯0.65 mg/(kg·h),京薯6号0.68 mg/(kg·h);各甘薯常温贮藏呼吸跃变发生所需时间分别为:日本黄薯7 d,香蕉薯7 d,苏薯8号9 d,水果薯9 d,美国黑薯10 d,京薯6号11 d,花心薯11 d,金海2号13 d。常温耐贮藏甘薯品种具有呼吸跃变发生时呼吸强度低的特点。

       

      Abstract: Respiration is an important physiological function for postharvest agricultural products and an important factor of affecting their storage and transportation. Physiological function of postharvest agricultural products might be understood by determining their respiratory intensity so as to obtain basic data for low-temperature storage, control atmospheric storage and calculation of respiratory heat. The results showed that the respiratory intensities of eight species of sweet potatoes such as Umbilicus coloured potato, Jing VI potato, American black potato, Golden sea II, Japanese yellow potato, Fruit potato, Su Ⅷ potato, Banana potato were very different at normal temperature during the period of storage. Japanese yellow potato was the best one for storage at normal atmospheric temperature, the weight loss ratio per day of it was only 0.45%, then umbilicus coloured potato and Su Ⅷ potato took the second place. American black potato and Jing VI potato were the last. The initial respiratory intensities of eight species of sweet potatoes was 0.09-0.47 mg/(kg·h), in which the lowest was Su Ⅷ potato, and the highest was Jing VI potato. The respiratory intensities of different sweet potatoes of long storage at normal atmospheric temperature were Japanese yellow potato 0.52 mg/(kg·h), Su Ⅷ potato 0.53 mg/(kg·h), Fruit potato 0.57 mg/(kg·h),Umbilicus coloured potato 0.58 mg/(kg·h), Banana potato 0.59 mg/(kg·h), Golden sea II 0.60 mg/(kg·h), American black potato 0.65 mg/(kg·h), Jing VI potato 0.68 mg/(kg·h), respectively. The storage time of different sweet potatoes before the occurrence of respiratory climacteric happened were Japanese yellow potato 7 d, Banana potato 7 d, Su Ⅷ potato 9 d, Fruit potato 9 d, American black potato 10 d, Jing VI potato 11 d, Umbilicus coloured potato 11 d and Golden sea II 13 d. The characteristic of sweet potatoes of long storage at normal atmospheric temperature was low respiratory intensity during climacteric period.
