豆禾牧草茎秆的力学特性试验

    Experiment on stalk mechanical properties of legume forage and grasses

    • 摘要: 为了应用力学性能指标对豆禾牧草茎杆进行评价,以多年生豆科牧草紫花苜蓿、绿宝石小冠花和禾本科牧草扁穗冰草、无芒雀麦4个品种刈割期茎秆为试验对象,在500 N微机控制电子万能试验机上进行拉伸和剪切试验,测得4个品种拉伸和剪切(砍切、斜切和滑切)的最大载荷、应力、应变和弹性模量等力学指标。用统计软件对牧草茎秆力学特性进行相关性分析。结果表明:豆禾牧草的抗拉强度与其直径之间呈幂函数负相关关系;刈割期茎秆外径差异不大,豆科略大于禾本科牧草,但禾本科牧草抗拉强度是豆禾牧草的3~4倍;茎秆抗剪切强度均随直径增大有减小的趋势;加载速度为100 mm/min时,砍切的切割阻力最大,斜切的切割阻力比砍切低30%~40%;当滑切角为30°时,滑切阻力比砍切阻力降低50%~60%。试验结果为设计牧草收获机、打捆机及深加工等机具提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to evaluate forage stalk with mechanical properties, four kinds of stalks in harvesting period of perennial forage legumes and grasses such as Medicago sativa, Coronilla varia, Bromus inermis Leyss, Agropyron cristatuml were chosen to perform the experiments of tensile and shear by means of 500 N electronic universal testing machine. The mechanical properties such as maxinum loads, stress, strain and young’s modulus were measured and relevant changing trends were studied with statistical software. The results showed that it was power function negative correlation between the diameter and the tensile strength of forage legumes and grasses. It was not significantly different between perennial forage legumes and grasses’stalks in diameter. The stalk diameter of forage legume was a little larger than that of grass, but the tensile strength of grasses’stalks was 3-4 times than that of forage legumes’stalks. The experiment also testified that the shear strength decreased along with the increasing of diameter. At the speed of 100 mm/min of load addition, the resistance of vertical cutting was the largest. The resistance of oblique cutting was reduced by 30%-40% compared with that of vertical cutting. The resistance of slippery cutting was reduced by 50%-60% compared with that of vertical cutting with the slippery angle of 30°. The conclusions provide the theoretical foundation to design herbage haverster, baler and herbage deep processing facility.
