染色竹条分级流水线的自动控制系统

    Automatic control system for grading pipeline of dyeing bamboo sticks

    • 摘要: 针对目前竹制品加工业采用人工配色分级效率低的问题,提出了一种用于染色竹条分级流水线的自动控制系统该系统基于单片机系统,包括拍摄位置传感器、分级位置传感器、分级电磁铁以及串口电路。控制算法采用双向链表数据结构算法来存储竹条的分级级别和通过顺序,同时分级传感器指针数组中记录分级传感器的触发信息,由电磁铁堆栈控制分级电磁铁的动作。通过试验验证,结果表明竹条在8个级别的分级流水线上分级动作准率达到100%,研究为染色竹条的在线分级控制问题提供了新的解决方法。

       

      Abstract: For the current problems of inefficient artificial grading by color in bamboo processing industry, an automatic control system for grading pipeline of dyeing bamboo sticks was proposed. The system, which is based on a single chip microcomputer(SCM) system, includes shooting position sensors, grading position sensors, grading electromagnets and serial port circuit. Information of grading level and the passing order of bamboo sticks were stored in doubly linked list data structure by control algorithm. At the same time the grading position sensor pointer array records the trigger information of grading position sensors and the action of electromagnets was determined by electromagnet stack. Verified by the experiments, the results showed that the accuracy of grading bamboo sticks into eight levels was 100%, which indicated that the system was an effective solution to dyeing bamboo sticks grading.
