Abstract: There are many argument about the energy questions in china with the situation of international energy price rise and fall, these absolutely oppositional standpoints about how to use the bio-energy had influenced the confidence and the direction of government and enterprise to bio-energy scientific research and investment, the argument were very acute at intelligentsia, there many blindness investment had be done. The writer’s standpoints about the quantity limit and time limit of bio-energy resource, and the stage of bio-energy scientific research and its economic effect were be expounded on the basis of unifying the general bio-energy concept and the calculation method.
