金属元素对木屑快速热解的影响

    Effect of metal elements on sawdust fast-pyrolysis

    • 摘要: 采用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析,以木屑为研究对象,在管式炉中研究了Al/Ca/Fe/K/Na/Zn金属元素对生物质快速热解过程中热解速率以及CO和CH4析出规律的影响。FTIR分析表明:加入含金属元素添加剂抑制了CO和CH4的产量,添加剂对CO产量和CH4产量的抑制能力依次为Fe2O3>ZnO>NaCl>CaO>KCl>Al2O3;Al2O3/ Fe2O3/ ZnO作为添加剂可缩短CO和CH4的析出时间,其中Fe2O3作用最为显著,其他添加剂对析出时间的影响相对较小。对热解速率的统计分析表明:加入金属元素降低了生物质的快速热解速率,热解反应速率大小依次为:不加添加剂>Al2O3> Fe2O3>ZnO>KCl>CaO>NaCl。

       

      Abstract: Influence of metal elements such as Al/Ca/Fe/K/Na/Zn on the pyrolysis rate and production of CO and CH4 was investigated using Fourier Transform Infrared Analyzer (FTIR) in the process of sawdust fast-pyrolysis in an entrained flow reactor. The results show that the addition of metal elements inhibits the production of CO/CH4, and the inhibiting ability order is Fe2O3>ZnO>NaCl>CaO>KCl>Al2O3. The addition of Al2O3/ Fe2O3/ZnO shortens the escaping time of CO and CH4, especially for Fe2O3. The statistical analysis suggests that the addition of metal elements generally decreases the reaction rate in the process of biomass fast-pyrolysis, and the reaction rate order is no-addition>Al2O3>Fe2O3>ZnO>KCl>CaO>NaCl.
