    Low-temperature spray drying performance of laboratory spray dryer for bovine colostrum powder

    • 摘要: 为了提高牛初乳粉的回收率,该文选择输入气体温度、压缩气体流量以及干燥气体流量为影响因素,通过测定出口气体温度和牛初乳粉在干燥器各部件中的损失量以及产品的回收量,对牛初乳低温喷雾干燥过程的热效率和牛初乳粉的收集指标进行试验研究。结果表明:出口气体温度与3个影响因素均成正比关系,总的热效率和蒸发热效率的范围分别为47.23%~66.68%、58.59%~82.76%,二者均随干燥气体流量和压缩气体流量的增加而减小;牛初乳粉的黏壁率较大,且随干燥气体流量的增加而增加,随压缩气体流量的增加而减少,牛初乳粉的回收率
