中国生物质固体成型燃料CDM项目开发

    Development of clean development mechanism (CDM) project of biomass densified biofuels in China

    • 摘要: 为了促进中国生物质固体成型燃料CDM项目的开发,该文以北京市某生物质固体成型燃料生产厂为例,利用小规模方法学AMS.I.C“有无发电的用户热能利用”及其他相关方法学,通过确定项目边界、设定基准线情景和主要参数,进行生物质固体成型燃料小型CDM项目开发,并制定了监测计划。结果表明,年生产1万t生物质固体成型燃料厂,温室气体减排量为13 688.22 t/a,减排潜力较大。这表明该领域进行CDM项目开发具有较好的可行性,对中国实现温室气体减排目标具有重要的意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to promote development of biomass densified biofuel CDM project in China, the paper made a study on small scale biomass densified biofuel CDM project development by using small scale methodology AMS.I.C and other methodologies based on a Beijing biomass densified biofuel factory. The paper mainly determined the project boundary, set the baseline scenario and main parameters and made a monitoring plan. The result showed that, a biomass densified biofuel factory with the production of 10 000 ton could reduce 13 688.22 t greenhouse gas emissions in one year; the emission reduction potential was great. It shows that the development of CDM projects in the area has good feasibility and great significance for China to achieve greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.
