Abstract:
Based on quadratic orthogonal rotating combination experimental design scheme, general effects of corn straw moisture content, leaf position and sampling locations on the tensile properties were studied in this paper. The results showed that through single factor experiment, moisture content and sampling locations of corn straw had significant effects on the tensile properties, leaf position of corn straw had almost no effect on them and the interaction of moisture content and sampling locations had also significant effects. With the rising sampling locations and the changes of moisture content, the maximum tensile load and tensile strength of top and bottom straw samples showed a reverse trend, which was caused by the characteristics of internal structure of different positions. The study provides a reference for designing machinery equipment of corn straw.
