Abstract:
According to the problems that the reluctance parameters calculated by traditional calculation methods can not be used directly in the design of brushless double-fed generators, a revised winding function method was put forward based on traditional inductance calculation and winding function method. It aims to calculate the power of a brushless double-fed reluctance generator with complex winding structure and the self-inductance and mutual inductance of its two sets of controlled windings. A prototype was then designed and built up by using the method and its rationality was verified through generating operation experiment. The research was expected to provide a reference for design, calculation and prototype production of similar type of machine.
