    PRINCIPLES OF CONTROLLING THE AMOUNT OF AMMONIA IN BROILER HOUSING

    • 摘要: 本文提出一项在肉鸡舍内部清氨的空气净化装置原理,用以在寒冷季节代替过量通风.节省保温用的补充能量。内部循环空气中的氨,在通过含磷酸的过滤器时被吸附,生成磷酸铵,用作化肥。文章还提出了确定过滤器氨吸附能力与效率的一般公式,评价替代过量通风能力和节能效果的方法,以及过滤器设计的一些依据。

       

      Abstract: The principles of an air "scrubber" to remove atmospheric ammonia inside broiler housing are presented. The "scrubber" is able to replace over ventilation in cold weather and, thus, to save the supplementay enrgy for keeping desired temperature. Ammonia in air circulaten in the house was adsorbed on its way passing through the filter containing phosphoric acid to form ammonium phosphate using as a fertilizer. General equations for determining filter capability and efficiency in adsorbing ammonia, the methods for estimating the filter ability of replacing over ventilation and the amount of supplemental energy saved, and some data for filter design were presented.
