    AN ANALYSIS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHARACTERISTICS AND PARAMETERS OF HAMMER MILLS

    • 摘要: 本文通过对已收集到的全国同类型的各饲料粉碎机的试验数据,作逐步回归分析,建立了有较高精度的饲料粉碎机工作性能指标和各主要参数的“最优”回归方程。并按该回归方程作出参数间的关系图,分析了各参数对指标的影响,说明其间的内在影响规律。由于得到的两个回归方程精度较高,因此可以用来对某粉碎机的工作指标作预报,即由已定的粉碎机各参数,用回归方程来预报工作指标;也可按要求的指标值,用该回归方程综合确定出主要参数的值,进行设计工作。

       

      Abstract: The paper derived two regressive equations between the characteristics and all the main parameters of high grade hammer miUls based on the collccion of the experimental data of hammer mills all over the China. According to the regressive equations the author made a diagram to show the relationship between all the parameters. The author also found out the pattern of the influence of each parameter on the indexes of the characteristics of a hammer mill by analysing the relationship between them with the regressive equations and the diagram. Due to the high precisiocn of these two regressive equations, anyone can use them to predetermine the operation indexes of a hammer mill. In other words, by the known values of all the parameters the user can use these regressive equations to predetermine the indexes of the mill to be selected. Meanwhile, engineers can design a hammer mill with their required indexes by these regressive equations.
