    Theory and Practice of Energy Conservation for Firewood - Brick - Tile Kiln

    • 摘要: 本文阐述了砖瓦节柴窑设计的理论依据,并成功地用于实践。与旧式窑相比,热利用效率提高了一倍多,节柴60%以上,砖质量符合国家标准,当年就可回收成本。

       

      Abstract: The research work is based on the principle of theory - practice - theory to obtain the theoretical basis in designing and building a new brick-tile kiln. The new kiln in comparing with the traditional one the heat efficiency has been doubled or more. More than 60 % of firewood have been saved. The quality of the bricks or tiles to be baked by this new design have been reached the State Standard of Chinese Government since its establishment. All the running cost to be saved is enough to be repayable the first cost of the kiln within one year.
