    FDG—7型风力提水机组风轮模型风洞选型的试验研究

    A Study on Aerodynamic Properties of Model FDG-7 Wind Pumper with Wind Tunnel

    • 摘要: 在综合考虑了风轮的功率系数Cp值和相对扭矩系数Cm值以及风轮的制造成本和制造工艺的情况下,确定了FDG-7型风力机风轮的设计原型。新设计等弦长叶片风轮的实测空气动力特性比根据理论推测的性能要好。文中介绍了风轮模型气动特性的测试方法,给出了对比试验研究结果及分析结论。

       

      Abstract: Based on the comprehensive considerations of the values of power coefficient Cp, torque coefficient Cm and the manufacturing costs of wind rotors, the rotor Model FDG-7 wind pumper was chosen.By the wind tunnel test, the aerodynamic properties shows following results: (1) If blades are in same shape, the aerodynamic properties of the rotors are strongly influenced by the number of blades. The more the number of blade on the rotor occurs, the greater the value of torque coefficient and the less the/power coefficient will be. (2) If the coordination between the chord length of constant chord length blades and the twisting angle is perfect, it will be possible that the aerodynamic properties of constant chord blade rotors will be equal or better than those unconstant chord blade rotors. (3) If the assembling angles of blades on the rotor are same, the new designed constant chord blade rotor is better than those original unconstant chord blade rotors. The torque coefficient of constant one is slightly greater than the unconstant ones.The paper also introduces the testing method on the aerodynamic properties of wind rotor model, as well as the APPLE-IIe computer measurement and control system. Finally, the comparison test results, discussion and conclusion are presented.
