    谷物穿过水平孔口重力流动的流量

    Grain Gravity Flow Rate Through Horizontal Holes

    • 摘要: 分析了影响谷物穿过水平孔口重力流动流量的因素,推导出流量的计算公式。对小麦、玉米、大豆等谷物重力流动流量进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:谷物穿过水平孔口重力流动流量与孔口尺寸、形状大小、含水量有关,在一定条件下受料柱高度的影响很小。

       

      Abstract: An experiment has been carried out concerning the grain (wheat, maize and soybean) gravitational flowing rate through a horizontal hole in order to find out the affecting factors, Thus a flowing rate formula has been derived for the calculation. It was found that the size and the shape of the hole, and the size and the moisture content of the grain affected the grain gravitational flowing rate. But, under a certain condition, the height of grain colummn had only a little effect on the grain gravity flow rate.
