    Experiment and Study on Equilibrium Moisture Content of Leechee

    • 摘要: 荔枝的解吸和吸湿平衡含水率是设计荔枝干燥机械、安全贮藏荔枝干的重要参数。应用静态法对荔枝进行了在不同温度及相对湿度条件下的吸湿和解吸平衡含水率的测定试验,分析了温度、相对湿度对荔枝平衡含水率的影响,并对试验条件下的结果进行了回归分析,分别得出了荔枝吸湿和解吸平衡含水率方程式。

       

      Abstract: A static gravimetric method was used to determine the equilibrium moisture content (EMC) for absorption and desorption of leechee at 10-40℃ and full range of relative humidity. The test results show that the effect on EMC of leechee by relative humidity is more significant as compared with by temperature. The regression for test results indicates that Henderson's equation can be used to describe the EMC curves for absorption and desorption of leechee.
