    A Study on the Technology of Keeping Fruits and Vegetables Fresh by Utilizing Natural Cooling Resource

    • 摘要: 通过总结世界第一座大型利用自然冷资源果蔬保鲜库(简称ZL1200库)的试验结果,阐述了利用自然冷资源果蔬保鲜技术的原理、特点、保鲜效果,并进行了库的性能分析。结果表明:ZL1200库比普通的机械制冷式果蔬保鲜库节电在90%以上;库内温度稳定、湿度高,保鲜效果优于普通机械式冷库。该库还具有无污染、便于自动化管理等显著特点。

       

      Abstract: The experimental results are summarized of the first large storage (abbreviated to ZL1200) in the world by utilizing natural cooling resource (abbreviated to UNCR). The mechanism, advantages, effect of keeping fresh by UNCR technology are elaborated as well as the operation of the storage. Based on the results, following can be drawn; compared with common mechanical refrigerated (abbreviated to CMR) storage, ZL1200 storage can spare electricity more than 90%, effect of keeping fresh is better on account of its stable temperature and high relative humidity. Besides it has some other outstanding advantages, such as no pollution, convenience of being automatically managed.
