    蔬菜箱式穿流干燥室干燥均匀性的间接测试法

    A Measuring Way of Drying Uniformity of Material in Drying Room of Heated Air Dryer for Vegetables

    • 摘要: 通过对箱式热风穿流干燥室风速场、温度场及其满载物料干燥均匀性的试验研究,指出了干燥室温度场和物料的干燥均匀性规律同空载冷态下风速场均匀性的规律基本一致,为该类干燥设备在研制开发过程中干燥均匀性和与其相关的温度场的测定提供了一种间接的试验方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the experimental study on the air flowing field and the temperature field as well as drying uniformity of fully loaded material in the drying room of the chest-type two-direction flow heated air dryer for vegetables, a new phenomenon was discovered that the uniformity of the temperature and the drying effect of material in the drying room were almost the same as that of air flow in unloaded and unheated conditions. Furthermore, it is assured that this phenomenon can be applied to the research of the development of such dryer. It is an indirect measuring way for the temperature field and the drying uniformity of drying room.
