    Experiment and Research on Purification of Eicosapentaenoic Acid From Fish Oil With Supercritical CO2

    • 摘要: 采用附加有精馏柱的间歇式小型超临界CO2萃取试验装备,试验研究了鱼油中二十碳五烯酸(EPA)组分的分离提纯。为改善气液接触,萃取器内使用了转动不锈钢箔团,精馏柱内充填了Dixon环。为获得高纯度EPA,采用了逐步升高萃取压力,并保持精馏柱自底部至顶部的线性温度梯度的试验方法

       

      Abstract: Purifying eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) from fish oil with supercritical CO2 was carried out, using a laboratory apparatus characterized by a rectification column of 9.7 mm internal diameter and 1.1 m effective height. To improve the supercritical fluid liquid contact, a scourer rotor was used in the extraction cell, and the column was packed with Dixon ring. Also, to level up the separation ability, the extraction pressure was increased step by step, and the column temperature was kept in linear gradient from bottom 35 ℃ to top 80 ℃.
