    Study on the Determination of Moisture Content of Flowing and Static Grain

    • 摘要: 从理论上建立了电容传感器用于谷物含水率测量的数学模型,介绍了一种不受谷物堆积密度影响的含水率在线测量系统,并利用该系统对小麦、玉米作了试验研究。试验结果表明,该文提出的方法具有较高的测量精度,为谷物在烘干过程中含水率的在线测量提供了可行方法

       

      Abstract: In this paper,a grain moisture content determination model of capacitor sensor was established theoretically. A on line measurement system of grain moisture content, being independent on density, was described. The experiments with wheat and maize were done. The results of the experiments show that this method has higher accuracy and the theoretical model was satisfactory.
