    Research for Measurement System of Mechanical Rheological Properties of Agricultural Materials

    • 摘要: 研制了一个完整物料力学性质测试系统;设计了微机测试处理系统软件;能进行力—变形关系、应力松弛、蠕变等各类性质测试;具有拉伸、压缩、剪切、弯曲等试验功能,力—变形数据经传感器转化为电压量经过A/D模数转换输入电子计算机,进行数据采集,绘出力、变形、时间关系曲线,通过微机测试软件进行数据处理,获得必要的力学性质参数信息。

       

      Abstract: This paper developed a system for measuring mechanical rheological properties and its computer software for operation. They can be applied to measure the load-deformation, stress relaxation and creep and do experiments for measuring the tension, compression, shearing and bending of agricultural materials. The load and deformation were transformed into voltage through the sensors and inputted into computer via the A/D converter. The data were logged and processed by the software and the relationship curves of the load, deformation, time were plotted respectively.
