    Numerical Calculation of Heat Transfer Coefficient in the Oil Groove of a Wet Brake

    • 摘要: 在已求得湿式多片制动器油槽内三维抛物流流速场的基础上,采用控制容积法进一步计算出摩擦盘在不同速度下,油槽内流体的温度场,并利用边界层理论,最终计算出冷却油与摩擦副之间对流换热系数沿径向的变化规律,从而为湿式多片制动器的开发设计提供了理论依据

       

      Abstract: On the basis of velocity fields of three dimensional parabolic flow in oil grooves of wet multiple disc brakes,the control volume method was used for computing of temperature fields in the oil grooves when the friction plate moves in various velocities. With the boundary layer theory, this paper derived the variation law of average heat transfer coefficients between the friction plates and the oil flowing in the grooves in the radial direction, and provided theoretical basis for designing a new wet multiple disc brake.
