    • 摘要: 该文以酶对物料相互作用和影响的机理分析探讨抑制酶活性,以提高物料干燥加工后品质。并由此确定对某些物料,诸如人参等药用植物干燥钝化酶的新工艺,以及其微波设备设计和开发应用

       

      Abstract: Based on systematical study of mechanism of passivate enzyme, this paper investigated processing of passivate enzyme. A new kind of microwave equipment was introduced for high quality production.
