    • 摘要: 采用模态分析技术和机械振动测试对汽车用4JA1柴油机齿轮室的冷却流道穴蚀问题进行了研究,并对齿轮室进行了动力结构修改,使得流道部位的穴蚀程度明显降低

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the cavitation erosion of cooling water passage near gears chamber in 4JA1 type diesel engine was studied by means of modal analysis technique and mechanical vibration measurement. The structural parameters of gears chamber were modified according to dynamic analysis, then the cavitation erosions of water flow passage were lessened evidently.
