    Testing Study on Measuring of Moisture Content of Grain With Its Friction

    • 摘要: 提出了一种以动态粮食摩擦阻力测量含水率的方法。在特制的模拟试验装置上,进行动态粮食摩擦阻力与其含水率的相关性试验,得出在一定的含水率区段内,二者具有线性正相关;这种测量含水率的方法,简便、易行、干扰因素相对较少、干扰强度低微、传感技术可靠,有望用于测量范围较窄、准确度要求不很高的粮食含水率于干燥机上的在线测量

       

      Abstract: This paper put forward a method,which was to measure the moisture content of grain with its dynamic friction. With a special simulative TET (test equipment tester), a correlation test between grain friction and its moisture was carried out and the result showed that there was a linear positive relation in a range of moisture content.This method is simple,convenient and reliable.
