    精密播种机接输种管后田间植株分布的研究

    Study on Field Plant Distribution of Precision Planter With the Seed Drop Tube

    • 摘要: 在精密播种机接输种管后田间植株分布动态模型的基础上,利用随机、统计和精密播种等理论,描述了种子在输种管内运动的全过程。通过试验测定了种子沿输种管运动的综合摩擦系数,确定了输种和投种阶段误差。应用计算机仿真技术预测了典型精密播种机接输种管后田间植株分布规律。最后,通过田间试验对计算机仿真结果进行了验证。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the dynamic field plant distribution model with the seed drop tube of precision planter the whole moving process of seeds on the seed drop tube was described in this paper. The synthetically friction coefficient of the seed on the seed drop tube was measured by test. The error of delivery and discharge seed were also determined. Applying computer simulation technology, the field plant distribution law of the typical precision planter joining the seed drop tube was predicted. At last, the results of computer simulation were confirmed by field tests.
