    A Predictive Model of Strawberry Bruising Due to Vibration

    • 摘要: 利用自制的振动试验台模拟运输环境,对草莓果实机械损伤进行较系统的研究。通过多因素组合试验,摸清了振动强度、包装材料、包装方式及成熟度对果实损伤的影响规律;通过非线性回归分析,建立了果实振动损伤的数学模型,其理论值与实测值具有很好的一致性;通过验证试验,探讨了利用修正回归模型预测草莓果实在相同条件下实际运输损伤值的可行性。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the main factors influencing strawberry vibration bruising, such as vibration strength, vibration time , state of maturity, packaging materials and packaging methods were tested and analyzed .The mathematical model of strawberry vibration bruising was founded which could be used to predict the practical vibration bruising of strawberries at the same conditions. The feasibility of the model was analyzed. The result of experiments indicated that the modified model could predict the practical transporting bruising at the same experiment conditions.
