    Extraction of Useful Ingredients From Ulmoides Olives Leaves

    • 摘要: 研究了杜仲叶中以桃叶珊瑚甙为代表的有效成分的溶出过程。试验结果表明,提取温度、pH值以及水的离子总量对提取率具有显著影响;利用回归试验设计,得出溶解模型和最佳提取条件,即当温度为76.5℃、pH值为5.87、水的电导率为100μΩ-1时,有效成分预期有最大溶出量;在此条件下的试验结果与预测值吻合较好。

       

      Abstract: The extraction of useful ingredients from Ulmoides Olives leaves with aucubin as an index was studied. Factors of temperature, pH value and ions amounts of water proved to have significant effect on extraction. Optimum extraction parameters were obtained by establishing and solving regression equation: the extraction amounts is expected to be its maxims when temperature is 76.5 ℃、pH is 5.87、ions amounts is by 100μΩ-1 electroconductivity. The experiment results proved to be in accord with the predicted value.
