    • 摘要: 空气整根钵苗全自动移栽机的核心部件是移栽器。采用机械方式完成全自动移栽机的送秧和投苗,简化了现有全自动钵苗移栽机的电动或气动送秧和投苗装置,降低了成本。移栽器的性能试验表明,所研制的移栽器性能良好,适应国内市场需要。

       

      Abstract: The airpruning tray seedling growing(ATSG) and transplanting technology is better than conventional tray seedling growing and transplanting technology in the yield and the most important component in the fullyautomatic transplanter(FAT) of the ATSG is transplanting unit.The feeding and the dropping seedling of the FAT are completed by mechanical methods in this paper,the complex electric or pneumatic feeding seedling and suction pneumatic dropping seedling units in the FAT of the ATSG are simplified,and cost is also reduced.The performance tests of transplanting unit have showed that the performance of transplanting unit presented in this paper is satisfactory and can meet requirements in Chinese market.
