    Experimental Research on Gyrating Regression Design of Agricultural Machinery Tests

    • 摘要: 提出采用多因素旋转回归设计的方法进行农机优化设计和调整,并以S195柴油机为例,介绍了五因素二次正交旋转回归试验在农机优化调整中的具体应用,建立了该柴油机的功率、油耗随供油提前角、气门间隙、最高空转转速、喷油开启压力和气缸压缩压力而变化的数学模型,指出了内燃机调整应根据使用后技术状态变化情况而进行。

       

      Abstract: The major factors for gyrating regression design of agricultural machinery were proposed. A 5-factor quadraticorthogonal regression test in optimal adjusting of agricultural machinery was illustrated by taking a S195 diesel engine as an example.
