    Research on Axial Flow Pump Model at Xietai Pump Station

    • 摘要: 根据流动解析方法确定了南水北调东线工程解台泵站轴流泵模型的主要参数。试验研究表明:该模型过流量大,效率高,高效范围广,抗汽蚀性能好,在+4°角最优工况下的流量达0.415m/s,-2°角最优工况下的效率达86.31%,可以在解台泵站及具有类似参数的其它泵站推广应用。

       

      Abstract: The main parameters of axial flow pump model at Xietai Pump Station on the eastline of southtonorth watertransfer project are determined with the flow analysis method. This model was characterized by large flow, high efficiency, wide high efficiency range, and good vaporization.The flow at +4° was 0.415 m/s and the efficiency at -2° was 86.31 % at the optimum work state. It can be employed in Xietai pump station and other similarities.
