    System Design and Function Realization of Land Resource Assessment Information Based on Windows Platform

    • 摘要: 根据土地资源的特点及土地评价的原理,在微机软、硬件系统支持下,基于Windows平台,建立了土地资源评价信息系统(LAIS),该系统具有建库、增加、修改、删除数据等数据编辑和维护功能;在分析了多种土地评价因子类型基础上,根据模糊数学理论,归纳出了4种因子隶属函数模型;并将层次分析(AHP)的原理与方法引入土地评价以确定参评因子的权重,将这些模型方法与系统集成快速完成土地评价;该系统与ARC/INFO连接或通讯,实现了空间数据的输入和土地评价专题图件的输出,以完成土地资源评价任务。

       

      Abstract: According to the principles of land evaluation, Land Resource Assessment Information System(LAIS) was established based on softwares and hardwares of personal computer and Windows platform. It has the edition and safekeeping functions of data such as building , adding, repairing and deleting database. All kinds of factors of land appraisal were analysed, and four types of the membership function models of these factors, i.e.Stype, inverse Stype, ∧type and parabolatype, weredeveloped based on the principle of fuzzy maths. The Hierarchy Analyst Process (AHP) was used for deciding the weight of these factors, then the models and methods were integrated with the LAIS, so land assessment was finished rapidly. LAIS can be connected and communicated with ARC/INFO, thus the input of spatial data and the output of land evaluation topical map were realized in LAIS.
