    我国21世纪农业用水危机与节水农业

    Agricultural Water Crisis in the 21st Century and Agriculture of WaterSaving Irrigation in China

    • 摘要: 21世纪我国农业用水将面临现有工程效益衰减,缺水程度继续增大;全球气候变暖加重北方地区用水紧张状况;水质污染越来越严重威胁供水量和用水安全性;大农业内部争水矛盾不断加剧等严重问题。解决这一危机的重要途径是发展包括工程节水措施、农艺节水措施和管理节水措施的节水农业。在实施节水农业过程中则应根据西北干旱、半干旱地区、华北半湿润、半干旱地区和东北半干旱、半湿润、高寒地区的各自不同特点,因地制宜地发展并采用相应的技术体系。

       

      Abstract: It is predicted that in the next century, water shortage in agriculture will be aggravated by the decrease in the capacity of existing projects, the warmingup of the climate and water pollution which threatens service discharge and water quality. The competition for available water supplies will be intensified. To overcome the crisis, the agriculture of watersaving irrigation should be developed which involves such sectors as hydraulic projects, farming and management. To popularize watersaving irrigation, different regions should develop appropriate techniques and management in line with their own distinctions.
