    Inverse Seeking Design of the Turnover Mechanism of Reversible Plow

    • 摘要: 以液压翻转犁为模型机,运用反求工程技术,对其液压翻转机构进行反求分析和研究,掌握了该类机构设计的关键技术,建立了翻转机构优化设计的数学模型及完成相应计算程序,并将反求结果用于与国产拖拉机配套的1LF-335液压翻转犁。该犁已投入批量生产,翻转机构性能良好。

       

      Abstract: The structure of the JD4200 (USA) hydraulic turnover mechanism was analyzed. The technique of inverse seeking design method and optimal design method were used to study the turnover mechanism. Key points were mastered and major parameters were programmed in mathematical model. Computer program was assembled to solve the complicated problem and results were used in the designing of 1LF-335 reversible plow equipped with domestic tractors. The performance of the plows, manufactured by Baoding Plow Plant, was excellent and all the turnover mechanisms were reliable.
