    • 摘要: 选择10种大孔吸附树脂,比较其对葛根黄酮的吸附率与解吸率,筛选较优的葛根黄酮吸附剂。研究结果表明,AB-8树脂较宜于葛根黄酮的提纯,经AB-8树脂吸附分离后,提取物中黄酮含量提高近一倍

       

      Abstract: Through the comparisons among ten kinds of macroreticular resin’s absorption and desorption, AB-8 resin is selected as Pueraria isoflavones’s absorbent. Experiment results showed that AB-8 resin possesses high absorption capacity. After absorption, the content of isoflavone is doubled.
