    Experimental Study on Spray Deposition Uniformity

    • 摘要: 通过试验探讨了喷嘴类型、喷嘴高度和喷雾压力等因素对雾滴分布均匀性的影响。试验证明,喷嘴类型和喷嘴与目标之间的距离对雾滴分布均匀性有很大影响,最佳分布所对应的喷嘴高度因喷嘴类型不同而异。喷雾压力对分布均匀性也有影响,但不显著。

       

      Abstract: The uniformity of spray deposition is one of the most important factors affecting spray quality. The effects of nozzle types, nozzle heights above targets and spray pressure on spray deposition uniformity were discussed. The test results showed that nozzle types and nozzle heights had significant effect on spray deposition uniformity. The optimum nozzle heights will be different with different types of nozzles. The effect of spray pressure on deposition uniformity,however, is not very significant.
