    Research on Main Components of the Machine for Retrieving the Used Plastic Film After Harvesting

    • 摘要: 残膜回收机是残膜回收机械化的重要机具。该文对残膜回收机具中几个主要部件的工作原理及其相互配置进行了分析研究,同时推导出挑膜弹齿线速度与机具前进速度的关系式,为残膜回收机的设计提供了理论依据。实验和理论计算表明,各工作部件的设计原理是正确的,理论计算满足拾膜作业的要求。

       

      Abstract: The machine for retrieving the used plastic film after harvesting is an important tool for mechanization of retrieving the used plastics. In this paper,the main components parts for retrieving the used plastics were investigated. The equations revealing the relationship between the linear velocity of the pickup teeth and the ground speed of the machine were derived. The theoretical basis for designing this type of machine was provided. The trial and calculation proved that the designing principle for all components parts is right and the calculation results meet the demands for picking up the used plastic film.
