    Study on High Power Belt Conveyor's Moderate Startup Equipment Experimental Platform

    • 摘要: 研究了液压恒压网络二次调节系统在大功率软起动装置试验台中的应用,建立了控制规律的数学模型,按照控制规律,调节二次元件的排量,实现驱动单元扭矩及转速的调节;加载单元,不仅能实现功率回收,还可通过预建压的方法,实现理想的恒扭矩加载。试验台可完全模拟真实的工况试验

       

      Abstract: In this article, hydraulic constant pressure network second regulative system was applied to the high power moderate startup equipment experimental platform. At the same time a mathematical model for control rules was set up. According to the control regulation, the flux of the second component was adjusted in order to realize the regulation of the driving unit torque and rotating speed. The loading unit realized the recycle of power as well as the perfect loading for constant torque by means of setting up pressure in advance. The experimental platform can completely simulate experiment of the actual working condition.
