      Abstract: An environmental impact assessment (EIA) system for agricultural water conservancy project was constructed. A comprehensive weighted evaluation model and a BP artificial neural network were presented for comprehensive EIA of the agricultural water conservancy project in Northwest China. The result of a case study showed that the EIA system, models and evaluation results are reasonable.
