    Design and Study on the Whole Glass and Vacuum Turtle Shell Shape Solar Collector

    • 摘要: 阐述了一种新型全玻璃真空太阳集热器的设计依据及设计计算,采用求极值的数学方法得出了该太阳集热器的合理尺寸与形状,并研制出这种太阳集热器。采用DB41/016-1998标准对其检测结果,该太阳集热器具有热效率高、稳定性好、成本低、寿命长等特点,有较高的推广应用价值

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the property of the present solar collector and to make use of it on a large scale, a new kind of higher efficient whole glass and vacuum turtle shell shape solar collector was studied and manufactured on the basis of design calculation which is provided according to the mathematical method of getting extreme value. The collector was tested by the standard of DB41/016-1998. The test results indicated that the collector has many good characteristics such as high heat efficiency, reliable stability, low cost, long life span and so on. Therefore, the collector has good prospect of popularization and utilization.
