    偏心轮推杆行星传动内齿圈齿廓及其结构特性研究

    Tooth Profiles and Structural Characteristic of Ring Gear of Epicyclic Drive with Eccentric Wheel and Push Rod

    • 摘要: 对偏心轮推杆行星传动内齿圈齿廓的加工过程进行了计算机模拟;推导了实际齿廓的最小曲率半径和压力角的计算公式;定量分析了影响最小曲率半径和压力角的因素;得出了偏心距是偏心轮推杆行星传动的一个至关重要的参数的结论。

       

      Abstract: Computer was used to simulate the machining process of tooth profiles of ring gear of epicyclic drive with eccentric wheel and push rod. The calculating formulae of the minimum curvature radius and pressure angle of practical tooth profiles were established. The influence factors of minimum curvature radius and pressure angle were analyzed, and the calculation & analysis showed the eccentricity obtained is the most important parameter of this epicyclic drive.
